Age
The person driving the car must have minimum age of 21years & maximum 65 years.
Tax
The rates include 5% VAT.
Additional Driver
With the authorization of the renter, the vehicle can be driven by other person that costs AED 25/ day on the maximum rent of AED 250.
Airport surcharge
The rates mentioned on the website include Collision Damage Waiver, Airport Fees, Airport Surcharge, Vehicle Licensing Fees, Airport Parking Fees and Vehicle Monitoring Fees. There are no hidden costs.
Rental deposit
As every rental company, you need to pay deposit amount and the process will be accomplished through your credit card. In case of any damages that is not included in your coverage or extra charges like traffic fines get deducted from your deposit amount. Within 1-6 weeks, the penalty notifications are received by use through traffic authorities. The deposit will be refunded in your account after the closure of your rental plan, adjustment of your traffic fines or damages, if any and then the amount is processed. Keep in mind that the traffic fine deposits blocked on customer’s credit cards will be released after 30 days and debited to the bank account automatically. Banks do not notify the customer with the credited amount and so customer need to check with credit card issuer bank about the released amount. Customers can get in touch with Avenue Car Rentals & Limousine in case the deposit amount is not released. After receiving the email from customers, we connect with the bank on the same and then bank notifies the customer within 5 working days.
Charges after closing the rental policy- Once rent period is completed we deduct fuel charges, Salik toll charges, etc., from the customer’s credit card. And if the credit card doesn’t have that much amount, we deduct from the deposit amount accordingly.
Chauffer driven service
We offer chauffer driven services and the prices displayed on the website are followed. There are no extra charges on the same.

Driving license
Here is the list of nationals from different countries who can drive in Dubai with their local license that is supported by the Passport. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Germany, Kuwait, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Spain, Greece, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, France, Norway, United Kingdom, Romania, Latvia, Serbia, Lithuania, United States of America, Luxembourg, Canada, Japan, Singapore, People’s Republic of China, Australia, South Korea, New Zealand, South Africa and Hong Kong are the countries that can drive with their local license in UAE.

We provide CDW insurance, which is included in the rates and SCDW to make the excess to nil, which is optional.
One-way rentals
Permitted within UAE borders, which is means one-way rental is for domestic travelers.
Other services
We charge 50 per day & 500 max/per rental for navigation system. Child Seat Infant CSI (0 to 12 months/0-13 kg) (25 per day & 200 max per rental) and CSB Child Seat Baby (1 to 3 years/9-18 kg) (25 per day & 200 max per rental).
Restriction of use
Off-road driving and smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. Please note: We release the vehicle after 2 hours from the check out time.
