It is to be known that a deposit is charged at the time of pickup/delivery based on the preference of the cars selected to the car rental company responsible for the delivery of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the costumer to check and be aware of the cost of each deposit applicable for each car at the time of booking as they may vary. It takes 14-21 days for a release of a deposit block subject to traffic violation.

TOLLS

– Toll charges will be charged on actual usage, AED 5/Toll Gate.
– The total toll charges will be payable at the end of the rental period

VAT AND OTHER TAXES
– All prices mentioned on Avenue Car Rentals & Limousines are tax inclusive.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– Once a booking is made and needed to be cancelled, a flat 300 AED is applicable as an administrative cost.
– If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the delivery/pickup time, then 50% of the payment is payable.
– If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery/pickup time, then 75% of the payment will be charged.
– If the booking is cancelled within 12 hours before pickup/delivery, then full payment is charged and is non-refundable.
– Bookings made within 24 hours or less notice is non-refundable and in the case of cancellation, full payment of one day is credited.
– Refunds take up to 7 working days once approved by the administration.

UAE Driving License

– Copy of Emirates ID
– Minimum Rent 1 Day.
– Driver must be over at least 21 years old for normal cars and 25 years for higher end cars.
– Security Deposit by Credit Card. The security deposit amount depends on the car. All higher end cars require a deposit of 5000 AED to 10000 AED. Normal cars have a range from 2000 to 5000 AED deposit.
