-We offer free delivery and free pick up of all our cars from anywhere across the city of Dubai, UAE
-We recommend that you provide the delivery address at the time of booking the car.
-We preferred customer of self pickup the vehicle from the rental location.

TOLLS
-Avenue Car Rentals & Limousines cover the toll charges up to AED 20. Additional toll charges will be payable after the collection of the vehicle from the renter.

VAT AND OTHER TAXES
-All prices mentioned on Avenue Car Rentals & Limousines are tax inclusive.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-Once a booking is made and needed to be cancelled, a flat 300 AED is applicable as an administrative cost.
-If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the delivery/pickup time, then 50% of the payment is payable.
-If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery/pickup time, then 75% of the payment will be charged.
-If the booking is cancelled within 12 hours before pickup/delivery, then full payment is charged and is non-refundable.
-Bookings made within 24 hours or less notice is non-refundable and in the case of cancellation, full payment of one day is credited.
-Refunds take up to 7 working days once approved by the administration.

-Driver must be over at least 21 years old for normal cars and 25 years for higher end cars.
